..DIET. Well.. not a diet as such, more of a toning exercise 'cos I need to tone. So what you basically do is go on wii fit (plus, if you have it) and do try and do the exercises for up to or over an hour each day. In time, you will see such a massive tonal difference. Also you have to have a fairly healthy diet, y' know 5 a day, what goes on the lips goes straight to the hips, that kinda thing as it helps.. anyways, that's me for now!
Better start doing this myself!
